One of the goals I set for myself at the beginning of 2016 was to invest in my photography education. I did so by attending Tyler Rye's photography workshop in Zion Nation Park this past November. Each morning before dawn we got up for a sunrise shoot, and each evening we did a sunset shoot. The colors came alive in this beautiful park as I learned more than I imagined and was pushed outside of my comfort zone (thank you Tyler)!
One of my favorite shoots was at sunrise; we hiked up in the dark to Overlook point in Zion and watched as this view came to life. Heather and Ethan are also really ridiculously good looking, which always helps. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had in photography, you learn so much more by doing. Anyhow I'll share more of the shoots in due time!
